Please note that there is another guest suite below. None of the areas are shared, except from the yard. Also please note there are stairs to get into the house. Our property is equipped with a Minut noise detector for everyone's comfort. It measures noise levels, without recording sound, to ensure a peaceful environment. If noise exceeds a set limit, it’ll alert us to keep things neighbor-friendly. Your privacy is respected; it’s all about maintaining harmony. Thanks for being mindful during your stay! Please note: All guests are required to complete a pre-check-in form via SuiteOp, which includes submitting a government-issued ID, signing a rental agreement, and providing a refundable security deposit ($500). This helps ensure a safe, smooth, and respectful stay for everyone.

Is a very nice place. I’m solo travel the neighborhood is safe and this apartment is so pretty the view is amazing and everything is clean!!! You feel like home in that place. If you are in Vancouver and want to be in a marvelous places, this must be the place!
